§ 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph888iii ("ph888iii," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph888iii.club ("the Platform"). ph888iii reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

§ 03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the ph888iii Platform, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the ph888iii Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, names, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph888iii reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph888iii Login credentials, including your username and password. § 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

ph888iii accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking. All transactions on the ph888iii Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on ph888iii is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your ph888iii account balance in real time for GCash and PayMaya, and within standard banking processing times for bank transfers. ph888iii does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically completed within one (1) to two (2) business hours. 4.4 Currency

All account balances, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the ph888iii Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph888iii does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their own financial institutions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins credited to your ph888iii account have an expiry date. Unused bonus funds and free spins that have not been wagered within the validity period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

§ 07 Prohibited Conduct

ph888iii's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph888iii account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

§ 11 Privacy & Data Protection

ph888iii collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph888iii Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

§ 12 Account Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

12.2 Termination by ph888iii

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable Philippine arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

§ 14 Amendments to These Terms

ph888iii reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the ph888iii Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
